Accumulation is happening. That's a fact.

Let's assume that accumulation is taking place.....what does it mean?

See, here's the crux of the problem: Back when Margrit was releasing misleading PR's, promising events and actions which never materialized, new traders were entering the stock expecting to see positive traction and profits based on growing distribution, contracts, and sales. When none of the promises were delivered (other than the Costco run and some state licenses), traders bailed, and the concurrent dilution caused the PPS to tank.

Forward to today - who would be accumulating? Certainly not new blood - any new trader looking at MRIB will see ten years of failure (covering two attempts) to create market and demand for a product in a very competitive space, for which the company has no product ownership, merely the rights to market and sell in various places. New observers will see misleading, false, and non-executed PRs, delinquent financials, an incompetent CEO, two failed attempts to sell product, a complete lack of transparency, etc., etc., etc.

So - nearly every new set of eyes will be attached to legs which they will quickly find 'underneath' them - and run like hell for Brazil (in other words, as far from Marani as possible).

So - who is accumulating? Folks who already know MRIB, are already invested, or who have inside information that another new campaign of deceit is forthcoming - and await the next round of Margrit's soon-to-be-broken promises to promote another run-up and create a new generation of bagholders, to allow the present accumulators (who have lowered their cost basis substantially) to sell and stick someone else with their mess. It comes down to counting on Margrit to be able to lure in another batch of folks willing to overlook the previous two failures - despite the fact that these failures may have been purposefully orchestrated to sell shares only - to bail out the present set of bagholders.

Insidious, no?
