Jamie - I prefer not to support scamming companies with my investment. There are too many companies that don't lie about much of what they do (unlike my opinion of the convicted felon running this nightmare that is Hop-On) that may be worthy of investment risk, IMO.

I take one look at the history of USACIG and Re-medical and it all smells scammy with Peter Michaels leading the freak show.

Did you know that Peter was in control of those companies when Hop_on announced all those spectacular deals with them? Were you aware that the scam continued when Hop-On announce that they acquired USACig? Still no disclosure that The CEO of Hop-On was actually making the deals with himself. Re-Medical is frightenly similar, although we are not sure Hop-On actually acquired them. He did control Re-medical and hyped deals as if it was a completely unrelated company. That is just misleading, or even worse.

Did you know that Hop-On sent a bunch of cash to Green Frog fiund, with no interest and no payback provisions? Well, Peter Michaels was/is president of Green Frog, but never disclosed this, either. So where did the cash go?

How about Shopify? That site has shut down Hop-On's store, and strangely Hop-On does not indicate in financials that any sales were made there (contrary to the "tweets").

Recently it was the Teelepoch "deal". There was no disclosure that the CEO of Teleepoch was/is actually a Hop-On boardmember and what his compensation is/was.
