That relates to activity to promote and pump the stock. And certainly misrepresenting the "business" falls into that category. So they do care that what is said about the business is consistent with the true state of the business.

What I was referring to was them judging a business to be healthy or unhealthy, independent of what is said about it, as a factor in their decision. That doesn't factor into it at all.
