Any idiot can look at the filings that show the votes of the Board of Directors that are filed with the SEC. I defy you to show any single filing that shows you the ersatz "CEO" Gonzalo Leon. His claim to be an executive of the company was a fraud. All he did was to make a filing with his "own money" of $8 to the Wa. Sec of State in which he made the fraudulent claim of being an executive of the company. Management refused to sue him because, in their judgement, he was senile. Maybe the iHubber who claims to be him will defend his actions, but those actions are indefensible.

You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich.
You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
You cannot bring on prosperity by discouraging thrift.
You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down.
