Engineers seems to over size things.The caster appear to be 350 pounds of load support each. I think that the engineers did not calculate the loading requirements to account for the loading of the pivot and related area as it may be a conservative engineering approach. The solar unit may be about 700 hundred pound with the panels being 450 pounds if each panel weighs 75 pounds each and the racking being about 250 pounds. I am not an expert on casters but the choice of ball casters would be great for production. Structural loaded ball casters for 350 pounds may or may not be a item that one would order as it may be not "off the shelf" for many stores or industrial supply shops.
