This bid will never fill at such low prices and at this point there are not even 5000 shares remaining at $1 and not sure if they realize this. From my perspective it's a good bet to hit the ask now since it's extremely cheap. Remember this is a stock with a very low float and if you go back to their previous share structure, they didn't increase the OS significantly compared to the other pinkies in the market.
