SMT has great new studies. Nuther prime manufacturer, Avnet, whose come up against us now have some white papers/studies suggesting we need to all be working on the same floor or platform.

And I like Dan Diez a lot (Rochester Electronics). He's willing given us a lot of insight. SIA ain't about to give us a hug. They have a lot to gain if DLA efforts for wider supplier base driven from NDAA.

I don't understand a real issue if they just accept the DLA's proposal with SIA members granted some autonomous role. Seems like they have a sum gain.
