SCRH - I estimate that 2nd net profit will be about 200K.

1st q results without the subtraction of the 90K bonus

would have been 120K

Plus 50K received on May 1st plus 8,333 on may 1st and 8,333 on June 1st(lawsuit judgement)

196K so far

Plus the addition of two licensees. One of which is 5K per month commencing on may 1st so plus 10K

206K

last license? Don't know the amount.

2nd q net income should be over 200K IMO! Unless I am missing something.

Not bad an it will likely get better going forward
