Averaging down is one of the surest ways to go broke in the market unless you're an expert on 3D printing with a deep understanding of its science and business prospects.

Put down your bible and pick up a copy of Ben Graham's "The Intelligent Investor," the investing classic most recommended by Warren Buffett and often used in university investing courses.

DDD looks like a deeply troubled stock to me.
