It looks like a new round of financing was the answer. It looks as though the company will be going forward in appearance from my point of view presently. I mean why else would you need more money, other than to fuel the legal costs and associated operating expenses.

I would not tend to believe financing would have taking place if the patents were to be sold. Not logical, but then how often does logic change direction.

The right offer comes across. I would tend to believe the patents might get sold. For now it is as it is.
