In addition, Schewe has created a substantial conflict of interest in hiring Basit.

According to the SEC filing, Basit is a co-founder and minority owner of AEG. AEG has been granted exclusive rights to GKG for animal feed in the US. When Basit acts on behalf of VSPC and negotiates with AEG, it will be in his financial interests to create a deal that is as favorable as possible to AEG. This is a significant conflict of interest that is also detrimental to the shareholders.
