Actually, sdc, I think it's down 95% from the post reverse-split nominal adjusted price of $1.00.

Haven't been following this one, but I assume it was at .0001 when it did the 1-for-10,000 reverse split.

Arithmetically, this should have increased the PPS 10,000-fold to one dollar ($1.00) and decreased the number of shares owned by one ten-thousandth (1/10,000).


I think the "50,000+%" calculation shown by IHub yesterday must have used the pre-reverse split price of .0001 as the basis, instead of the post R/S nominal price of $1.00.

So if you had 1,000,000 shares at .0001 worth $100 before the R/S, you SHOULD have had 100 shares at $1 worth $100 after the R/S.

Unfortunately, it never works that way in stinky-pinky land, and you actually now have 100 shares at .05, worth $5.

That's the 'rithmetic... hope that helps.
