Last I heard he was in the fetal position under his desk - saying please I-Glow make this nightmare end.

What a tool - he was responsible for many people losing their investment - he is worthless.

The SEC isn't finished finished with him by a long shot. I believe the statement from the SEC was, "What now? Let me tell you what now. I'ma call a coupla hard, pipe-hittin' xxxxxxx, who'll go to work on the homes here with a pair of pliers and a blow torch. You hear me talkin', hillbilly boy? I ain't through with you by a damn sight. I'ma get medieval on your ass."
