I suppose the 10 year track record of lies and doing nothing but selling stock keep most of us from getting excited at another LOI.

They Have NO MONEY

They Have not made a pizza in 10 years.

Mostly everyone who ever buys this stock looses money

I have followed this company and invested in it since it first went public. I think I know them pretty well. They used to have pizza shops here in Pittsburgh, but they all went out of business 10 years ago.

This stock may be ok to flip once in a while. Other than that, it is a POS.

What ever happened to the Master Franchise in Denver???

Seriously, who would buy.. pay.. to become a franchise with Unique? They have ZERO stores or restaurants. There are no other franchises anywhere. They Never had any.

The next gig was to have someone here in this region make frozen Pizzas that they were going to ship frozen half way around the world to sell in India. What is going on with that?? They signed a LOI to have at least one place Make the Pizza.

Anyone would be happy to make tem frozen Pizza's if they actually had money to pay for the order!
