You know that U.S. Oil and Gas common shares have a ticker "Uslgf" and that 10 of these equals 1 ADR of "Usopy", you can try to get the commons at .50 cents a share and than work with Duetche Bank to transfer into the ADRs, minus any fees that's close to a 50% increase on your money. iMO
