Unfortunately Brian is dishonest, as his misleading replies to his loyal investors when they enquires as to whether or not he had been contacted by the SEC show.

He also shows complete contempt for his legal and fiduciary duties, and thus for his retail shareholders.

These are facts.

As is the reality that in the past FASC hired some of the Internet's most dishonest and vicious stock promoters.
