I'm in a OTC stock that's changing name and symbol. In a press release they stated that things were pending FINRA approval of name change. I've been all over the FINRA site and can find nothing about them be involved with company name changes.
It's my understanding that OTC markets along with the SEC handles this kind of stuff.
Can anyone shed light on FINRA's role in the name change??
