Very true bigwedge. The judge in the ND CA said PTSC infringement contentions are insufficient to proceed to trial. If they cannot provide better ones in 14 days the defendants will file a motion for summary judgment and win. I suspect that TPL/Alliacense would not give PTSC the detailed claim charts to demonstrate infringement and this is ongoing pressure for PTSC to take another bad deal from TPL for shareholders. You can bet PTSC will take it because PTSCs board and "management" exist to continue to extract their paychecks. Very sad situation that PTSC will either lose this case or suck up to TPL/Alliacense and take a deal that allows them to continue to short change shareholders.
