I am fairly new to this board but not new to MicroProse, Interactive Magic, or iEntertainment Network. I know what Wild Bill has been able to achieve in the past. I like the fact that he is coming back in the mobile market - it is huge! I have always liked the realistic style of his games versus the arcade style of most games today.
I also spent a good bit of my career as a trader. It bothers me that there is a lot of speculation and disinformation on this board - it seems to come from one or two people. Everyone has a right to an opinion but I believe the SEC frowns upon disinformation and rumors - in fact, I know they do.
I have spoken to Wild Bill. I am comfortable that his business plan is sound and the games are well received thus far from what I have read - except for those who had antiquated equipment or didn't know how or where to download the game, which I still find incredible!
Read up on NOVY - they are highly respected. I am told Bill has his old team with him from MicroProse (part of it) and iMagic. If he is able to accomplish 20% of what he did with this company the first time around this is a $3 stock. And, the mobile market, eSports, are much bigger than the space he was in before.
The company filed the appropriate form with the SEC and has been making the appropriate moves to be a player in the mobile market with games that are totally different than what is available elsewhere. Realism, simulation - and not an arcade experience - is what Bill is known for.
Re engaging a transfer agent, filing an S-1, - those steps are easily accomplished and I for one look forward to the company re establishing itself in the public markets with what seems to be a great team, with a lot of synergy and respect for each other. And, I think they are having fun doing something they love which makes for a good working environment.
There are some posts on here that are just not relevant, factual and quite frankly seem to be a concerted effort to keep the price of the stock down - like someone who is short which I can't believe someone would be in this stock - there is NO float!
Bill is a good guy, old school, very talented, and his team is with him because they want to be - I think that in the past his team was fragmented, pulling against each other etc.
