Still not buying this whole new CEO thing.

VSPC needs to file the change with the SEC, which they still haven't done.

The fact that Carl stays on as "Chief Technology Officer" is a joke. He hasn't done a darn thing since VSPC went public that benefited shareholders. NOT ONE THING.

Rule #1 is never lose money.

Rule #2 is never forget Rule #1.
