We are going to bypass the antediluvian
SEC bureaucrats.
Instead we are going to have our own quarterly
FASC meetings at the nightclub of choice with
Brian and Adam and the CFO and discussing
the profits while sipping our favorite
beverages. Profits will pay for air fare,
hotel, and dinner.
We will have on the spot votes.. relative to
percentage of stock ownership.. about things
like KDS sales expansion.
And distribution of profits.
And where to have the subsequent
quarterly FASC meeting.
