Sounds like you're using a good broker. The multi-decade history of the mREIT sector is dismal: Big showy dividends, often coupled with big capital losses. mREITs are complex gimmicks that provide the ILLUSION of high yields. Most investors are far better served by quality, moderate yield (2%-3%), growth stocks.
