Kay has till the end of the month to renew the business license, or be revoked.



It does not seem likely that the genius will be renewing the license. Given that ecdc seems to exist solely as a vehicle to pay the genius and the DTC chill is still active, the genius cannot unload his worthless paper anymore, so he won't be spending real money to update the license. Especially as he cannot benefit from the expenditure.
