That's what happens when you try to sue everyone imo.

I'm not ashamed to admit -- they had me on the ropes. But they went ahead and chose to sue many others. What did they think was going to happen? Did they think everyone was just going to lie down and take it?

Instead, not only those who were named to their frivolous lawsuit imo, but I believe many others who just plain and simply became outraged at what they were doing (or trying to do) joined the cause.

I believe Exobox' decisions may have come back and bitten them in the assss. I tried to settle amicably some time ago.. I was told they laughed about it. Even after shareholder's asked for a vote, seems to me they doubled down and issued shares way after the facts !!!!! A big NO NO in my opinion! Now they tried offering some sort of deal I believe (albeit without them returning their ill-gotten shares I believe). But shareholders are now more pissed than ever imo!!

So that's why the war chest keeps growing I guess. Not sure anything is going to stop the shareholder's war train this time around. Too many people involved. Too many people want to see this until the end (as you can see from some of the posts before).

I still believe if the company was returned back to shareholders the way it was before (you know.. current in its reporting with the SEC, 397 million outstanding, and the same debt on the books as what was recorded in the last 10-K) -- all the lawsuits could possibly go away. But hey that's just my opinion.

It's also my opinion that once the shareholder's expert witness report comes out, and once shareholders get a hold of all the information they have been seeking for the last 4 years, all hell is going to break loose in their Fed suit. Look out !!!

Just my opinons here..

Go Shareholders !!!!

I ain't quitting !!!!!
