why continue to attack a stock chilled at .0001 and all the personal attacks-what are you afraid of?

Many times I've posted the official ICC reports re the things that occur when the goods "pass over the rail"' official ICC language and i've also posted court cases using such because it is or was the official language

the May 2013 PR was by many and maybe all counts (bashers 1st said pesq was Brad) written by somebody who had become CWRN's worst basher--so bad that... a very bizarre situation- something 1st brought up by bashers

and is quite a different picture than previous CWRN management's version -of ca 1M accounts payable

where did the 5M go? Last I knew Brad reportedly hadnt paid for PanAM- except a down payment and reportedly hadnt paid for most of the equip CWRN owned.

Meanwhile Brad got many millions of inventory -far more than the total purchase price-which last i knew has not been paid,and pre-existing established relationships and work force- not to mention in-ground iron free

there's no evidence that any funds were transferred to Algodon- if such were true there would've been activity at Algodon besides preliminary exploration-

but theres no evidence of any equipment purchase etc for Algodon- Bob had his hands full in 2010-2012 as you full well know w Geo and sec etc-mining startups are very tough

port was blocking shipments until CWRN won that suit just after selling to Brad and couldnt add USA to the export permit for fert due to court challenges to Mex July 2012 elections etc-

meanwhile they had money going out-the trommel,terex 400, trommel mag sep, workers,nothing coming in- Florida court defacto blocked any money to Bob while forcing Bob to pay fines-which,inter alia, is why Bob had to sell

if Bob had the money for Algodon in 2012 etc he wouldn't have had to sell PanAm

Geo was doing the JV books-receiving the money sper CWRN's complaint and JV versions-and as per CWRN's CA complaint was allegedly withholding or commingling millions-so Bob didnt have access to the money you imply Bob had-as was clear from Bobs TX deposition

and its insane to think Bob would do anything of the sort during the high level of non-stop politically motivated SEC etc scrutiny from before 2011 to the time when a judge dismissed all accusation against CWRN and gave Bobs CWRN a clean bill of health-which dismissal I and others posted several times-by which time Bob was no longer involved w CWRN except as a consultant

If anything needs to be funded at Algodon Bao etc can do the funding-the reported stoppage of everything at PanAm under Brad(confirmed by Leross/Rkc when they visited and by others since) despite the millions of profit that should've been received from the Ilia,plus pesq -er-Brads attempts to get new backers-indicate Brad doesnt presently have the funds for operations-what happened to the Ilia revenues other than paying for the ship(which has to be done beforehand) and maybe trucking???
