There is no proof you're right. And, of course you were wrong in saying that BGL did not invest in the infrastructure of CM, when it is common knowledge that they built the mill. Too bad that the problems with Barnett the kook and the relationship with the town folks took their toll on BGL. No doubt they regret ever getting involved down there.

Regardless of the outcome, as SRGE never owned the concessions, is currently kaput, and MSJ is private with absolutely no reason or obligation to ever give any SRGE long a red cent, you guys are all up creek without a paddle.
