krysti, that is an interesting point about dissolving/absorbing NDR. I think that having them be the revenue earning company would keep UBRG from ever realizing profits. Just a thought anyway.

I talked to Metwood a few times during that period and got the impression that Shawn was uncomfortable with what was going on. He kept saying they were going to release information on the GEG transaction because it was obvious from reading the message boards that ppl were misinterpreting what was going on. He could have cleared that up by saying who was misinterpreting but he didn't...yet when I asked if it was the GEG in the UK he confirmed it was. My thought is they didn't go through with it to distance themselves from Ali and Co. I am certain Ali was ticked at them for backing out.

They renewed their business license through Aug 31 of this year. Will be interesting to see if they catch up their filings or just let it go back into default.
