Guess again. BGL is/was the only company to invest in CM. who do you think financed and built the plant? MSJ did not. And SRGE was make believe. This FACT was known way back in 2011.

The case is still active, I believe. There has been nothing that shows otherwise...of course, MSJ has not been heard from for nearly three years....will they ever? Regardless of what happens, there will never ever be anything coming to SRGE bagholders.
