what does that have to do w the fact that this was an operational mine-many mines contract the shipping process out.....that means you don't legally own the ore anymore if it was sold at the mine or at the port.
...not over the rail, under the rail or in between the rail. That means ole Bobby cannot claim revenue as a delivered product when it was sold FOB. That also means at the mine or FOB will be sold at a much lower price...value added.
It was sold at the mine because ole Bobby ran out of money or scammed it. Nobody would give him any credit.
