Sun,

Yeah, I guess he was a bad guy. Although I never did argued that. I simply stated that I never knew or met him (and I am glad I didn't). I also stated that he didn't own any stock when I took over. So, I'm guessing I got the deal after he was done and it wasn't worth anything to him any longer. Or he was just tired of it, I don't know.

Obviously Ian was an idiot, too. But I only knew him as the guy that arranged the deal (sold me the pubco). So I really don't know about Ian. But I still say he's too simple a man to have been part of a scam. He was probably blinded by whatever cash was tossed his way. Who knows?

As it is, me and the E1 I ran - we made a run at a good company. We had revenue. We had real customers. We had technology that worked - albeit without consistency. But we were trying to get there.

Then we got sued to death by our lenders . . . which is still ongoing to this day. They ruined the deal with the truck portfolios. One of the seven underlying banks seized the trucks from their own drivers and then sold them in private auction -- to themselves -- at pennies so they could solidify the loss. Its a giant mess. I still get reports from the receiver on a monthly basis.

So, while EGOC's stock is worthless, it had nothing to do with some mafia guy from Canada. That was my fault for entering into a deal with the funder/lender that we did -- crooks in their own right, as it turns out. Look 'em up. I'm sure you'll dine on that for a while.
