All Eyes on $NGCG as A/S decreased to just 750M. $NGCG filed a huge decrease in their Authorized Shares by over 50% cutting the 2 billion a/s to 750 million. This is huge news, and tells me that they have received the required funding for big distribution deals with non-dillutive funding
