Energy/oil...volatility

Charts here are a 20,2 Bollinger inside a 100,2 Bollinger Band...the CCI indicators are CCI 10-20-50-100. The question "buy low sell high relative to what" can be answered here. (pick a timeframe and get it on your side)
Its nicethat the HalfTime Report guys are talking volatility right now...

I like the CCI 100 relative to its 20day average...you put Bollinger Bands around these averages to get a visual sense of "volatility"...Bollinger Bands are also known as "Volatility Bands"...

USO...you can treat the 100,2 doubleBollinger bands as pivot points. In this case the one standard deviation band at 17.80 is going to be the pivot.

'VOLATILITY'
Volatility refers to the amount of uncertainty or risk about the size of changes in a security's value. A higher volatility means that a security's value can potentially be spread out over a larger range of values. This means that the price of the security can change dramatically over a short time period in either direction. A lower volatility means that a security's value does not fluctuate dramatically, but changes in value at a steady pace over a period of time.
