I'm glad we both agree. Still nothing new on the docket that PACER has reported. Court case is in limbo now until the bench trial date is rescheduled. They have left us hanging once again. I think something very Mickey Mouse is going on with the civil suit. Probably so dang frivolous that the court doesn't even want to deal with it. Just keep dragging it out until both sides are exhausted. A looming law suit sucks for us cuz folks watching on the sideline will just stay on the sideline. We need some finality here. Come on ARTR, give us something already!
