You are correct but most bio-techs that move have a trusted, well polished CEO. Here you have a "snake-oil" salesman banking on new investors that has taken longs to a 75% loss.

Go back 6 years. This has been in the same price range .40-55 cents. Every move there is an offering, dilution, stock option give away for personal or failed test.

You want to see this double..... Get rid of the worthless, clown in the box CEO and present investors would double holding and new investors would flock in....IMO
