my bet is a 15-12g delisting from SEC filing obligations...they cant afford to even pay attention let alone filing,accountant costs...conman is hiding as he is liable for all the tax arrears...hope he lands in jail for all his misleading press releases and knowingly screwing over so many investors...Conman cant run for long, SEC and taxman will catch him soon enough!
