Has anybody stopped to think why Koos made Zander?

My guess would most likely be reverse share split then a reverse morris trust. It makes the most sense from a business stand point. Tax free move with a boost in parent company share price. I otherwise wouldn't understand why he would make Zander then immediately announce that ENTB is undergoing a reverse split. Reverse splits are often followed by a reverse merge especially when a company is seeking $500,000 or more in a short span of time. Honestly, I don't see a problem with this move. It will only help BMSN and RGBP in the long run.
