This could be play on words by Leo

In reality - the application is with Nasdaq from Feb 5th - a typical decision time frame is 6 weeks - after 5 months if we do not have decision - then it is equivalent of rejection - has anyone even checked if Nasdaq uses pending or rejection as wording?

It is like I gave exam and the examiner told me that I did not meet passing requirements - so I declare that I did not fail but my results are on hold

In this case we still do not have criteria of re-exam - so why it is called on hold? Is it indefinite?

Looking at many of the decisions Leo has taken and how he has changed (look at meeting with FDA for one disease and then saying that we cancelled after 3 weeks) - I can imagine that he coming with another PR changing the words that the application is on hold indefinitely.
His credibility is definitely low at this point.
