2. The AMF in Quebec has a Cease Trading Order on this stock and has identified the Company as a potential pump'n'dump.
3. Two of the key players have checkered pasts. One sat 4 years in jail for bank fraud and the CFO has been disbarred for 4 years for misappropriating funds from his trust account for his own benefit.
4. The COO just left unexpectedly after 18 months. He was key to the Company.
5. Management has been accruing HUGE salaries to themselves which now total $3 million.
6. Management dilutes all shareholders as they see fit by transferring these accruals into stock at these low stock prices.
