Read the complaint again...the first paragraph lays the case out....every principle within the GPSI organization is a defendant...EVERY defendant has been served, according to the complaint, with the exception of the Talbots....which are being served by a special service from the Court...this is about the Hodges, Hofmeister, etc perpetuating a fraud...this is not good news...
