wilma: So, who exactly are you suggesting is the scammer? The owner? Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong is a penny stock scammer!?

Or, are you suggesting it is the MM's? Are they behind the scam? After all, they do control the price action, right?

Or, are you suggesting that somehow some unscrupulous person or group hijacked Dr.SS's 80% owned empty shell stock - right out from under his and entire legal and accounting teams noses - and is using it for their own nefarious scamming purpose?

And, if that, where's the pump? Here? iHub? I mean, this is the only place on the web I'm seeing his empty shell stock being publicly discussed.

But, as far as I know, the only ones really discussing it are "regulars", normal investing folk like you and I. Well, I guess I use the word 'normal' loosely.

Anyway, because I take great offense and many others here should too at the insinuation that long-term reputable posters are involved in an orchestrated pump-and-dump scam...you should be ashamed of yourself. You know better than to do something like that. Disparage people in such a way. My oh, my.

Back to the story at hand...Why haven't you been successful in getting the SEC to shut it down? Why haven't you been successful in getting his accountant to report him selling it like you did here w/ Dr.SS's NEOM shares? I mean, what happened there that you got nowhere like you did here? Please do tell. Does it tell you anything that you were so successful here in getting what you wanted from them here w/ NEOM but nowhere there?

Oh, an what about these newly "swirling" rumors of NantWorks, LLC going public? WHAAAAA!?!?!?!

From Motley Fool, a pretty credible source...
http://www.fool.com/investing/general/2015/07/05/biotech-billionaires-can-they-do-it-again.aspx

Although Soon-Shiong's NantWorks isn't publicly traded -- rumors are swirling of a public offering -- investors can invest in Sorrento Pharmaceuticals.

Couple that w/ how that article start then tie it in w/ Forbes predicting Tracking Stock IPO for NantHealth, LLC.

Biotech investing isn't for the faint of heart, but for those willing to take a risk, biotech stocks can lead to great rewards -- especially if shares in those biotech companies soar thanks to a merger or acquisition

Any insightful fresh thoughts on that you can conjure up and share on this new development in the "going public" rumor mill?

Me, I know how to add.
