Logically, no; however, the stock market, including the OTC markets for that matter is illogical and displays the intricacies of human emotions. It takes a bit of skill to safely navigate the emotional minefield that would make or break investors. Today's event sure deterred investors and spooked some to wait along the sidelines. This, we have ELTP closing down on low volume. But veteran ELTP longs are smart and are aware that ELTP could be streaky stock on the rise.
