That's going to change sooner -rather than later

What do you consider sooner rather than later? Is Dec 31 sooner or later? Because there will be no news on Tox before then. Which will mean that my prediction of '15 being a dead year was 100% accurate. If you include the dismal performance of Ebolacide2 IN VITRO (never even made it to in vivo) and the fact that the PHE has not restarted their MERS testing, it wasn't just a lost year, it was a very bad year. With ZERO movement on BASi Tox. Not one single test conducted in '15 at BASi for NNVC. Tox not progressed one scintilla in '15.

Or as Seymour calls it "a helluva year"

So what is your definition of "sooner" DrK? 12 months from now? 18 months? End of '16?
