WHAT??? Maxim "put them on higher exchanges"??? HOW does that work exactly, LOL!!!

NVLX doesn't even come up as a valid stock symbol and BCLI did a reverse split and Maxim didn't do a capital raise ( a warrant laced mess by the way) until early 2015, it didn't have a thing to do with them "putting them on a higher exchange", LOL. NOT how it works. The company already had the market cap and enough shareholder equity to list before Maxim was involved from a simple Google search.

Maxim didn't do the secondary warrant sale mess until early 2015, they had ZERO to do with the company getting itself listed with PRIVATE CAPITAL it already had on-hand looks like to me, LOL.

UPLISTED on Sept 30 2014, NO MAXIM involved, LOL !!!

Maxim ONLY DID capital raise involving them as a NASDAQ LISTED COMPANY.

Simple as that. Maxim DID NOT do any "capital raise" for any OTC penny stocks.

AND, BCLI is still a penny stock at $3 and change, they're down to about $20 million in cash, less than a year's worth at a quick glance of their financials- and would be heading to de-listing unless a LOT changed for um pretty quick looks like to me. Hardly some raving success since ole Maxim got involved with um- looks like the warrants are burying their share price for um more than likely IMO. $8.50 a share to less than $3 bucks, LOL !! That's toxic warrant deals for ya !!
