WHAT is a "promo" and who does a "promo" and how is it legal per SEC laws to run a "paid promo" on a OTC penny stock?????? EXACTLY how does that "work", LOL !!!

WHO are the "promoters" - what's there names/firm names, etc and where is one SHRED of proof they are doing this "promo" thingy (WHATEVER THAT EVEN MEANS, LOL !!) for Bioheart? Is this disclosed also somewhere as would be required according to the SEC among numerous other regulatory agencies?
