unfortunately,,, the answer to your question is: people who get their shares at around half (or there abouts if im not mistaken) of the recent low bid,,, which in this case happens to be .0005/6,,, so this means converters are happy to sell their .0003's into the PALTRY .0006 bid for a smooth 100% gain.
