IENG$ .0005 price per share and just over 1 billion outstanding shares.

Recently acquired Patten Energy and 2 other companies. 6 million dollars in revenue and IENG is in late stage negotiations with another company to merge with LOI anticipated this week Wednesday or Thursday. Also toxic debt supposedly is not an issue.

Chart also setting very nicely.
