Almost all the volume was put on AFTER MARKET CLOSE???

Since when do OTC pennies trade AFTER HOURS for retail buyers/sellers? HOW is that even possible?

It posted nearly all the heavy volume from about 3:59 Eastern up until 14 minutes past 4 PM Eastern. If one looks at the prints on the daily chart- what a retail person can see, it doesn't add up to even close to the 9 MILLION plus shares it shows as the final volume??? The vast bulk of the vol shown for today appears to have happened AFTER 4 PM EASTERN, on an OTC traded stock? Again, how does that "work" exactly?

SO who can or has to the ability to trade this on the OTC when the retail side of the market is closed for buy/sell orders? How is that possible and not involving specific MM's, hedge funds or similar?

Makes ZERO sense to me- but being BHRT am I surprised? Nope, not a bit. Just the "usual" for this one IMO. And NO, I don't believe for a second it's tied to some supposed "loan" deal, LOL !! LOANS need collateral, aka ASSETS to back um up - BHRT has almost no assets but LOTS of debt. They don't qualify for conventional loans- and they're mired in Magna financing and at least 5 or 6 hedge firm convertible debt deals (floorless, toxic deals- see any recent 10-K or 10-Q Asher, KBM Worldwide, Vis Vires group, Daniel James, Fourth Man, etc) - so what "lender" would step into the middle of that, on some "conventional financing deal", LOL ?????

Looks to me like just a classic OTC penny-shmenny whatever again. It sure as heck wasn't "retail trading" IMO and smells bad to me personally- it smacks heavily of manipulation, which never ends good that I'm aware of?
