I Agree, sure would like to see that offer come up whether it would be accepted is another matter. Sure would move PPS & I like that !!

But the truth be known when I was selling Real Estate I would hear "I won't take less than $400K " or " $500K is my bottom line " & I always wanted to tell them, you don't have to worry about that, your so overpriced & No One will be making any kind of offer. But I think our time is coming, at what price no thats a different matter !
