There are some serious issue with the company if SEC place the CV EM again…

The SEC has nothing to do with the skull and crossbones. That is an OTCMarkets thing. OTCMarkets is a quotation service and a trading platform; it is not a regulator.

But the SEC did suspend trading in REVO, and that is a serious problem. It's now, as you can see, on the Grey Market.
