Don't forget, the Greeks can't buy many Bitcoins if they can't get much of their money in the first place. As soon as their government figures out that ANY of their money is going into Bitcoin, they'll put a stop to that would be my bet. They already can't collect enough taxes, so I don't see them allowing the Greek citizens to skirt all taxes by using Bitcoin.
